    Carrie Himmelsbach: Debra took care of all of my insurance needs. She is the most thorough, responsive, and informative insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I contacted several agents before choosing her. Being new to South Florida, she educated me quickly about what home insurance looks like down here... wind, homeowners, flood, etc. She helped me work toward additional credits by making some changes to my new home in order to get the deductions.     Virginia Charles: As a current policy holder with this agency, I called to try and get a new quote to see if they might be able to offer me better pricing. The retention agent, however, was extremely rude and came across as though she didnt want to help me with the quote. Granted it was 2:30 PM the day before a holiday, but if youre not supposed to be working, then take off or close the office and not take it out on your customer service. I will definitely be moving agencies!
