1 /5 Virginia Charles: As a current policy holder with this agency, I called to try and get a new quote to see if they might be able to offer me better pricing. The retention agent, however, was extremely rude and came across as though she didnt want to help me with the quote. Granted it was 2:30 PM the day before a holiday, but if youre not supposed to be working, then take off or close the office and not take it out on your customer service. I will definitely be moving agencies!
