4 /5 Mari Reyes: My husband purchased a new wedding band for me at the Lakeland location and Vanessa, the manager, ensured it was everything I wanted in a new band. They had the band in white gold but I wanted it in yellow gold. Originally it was to take 1-2wks for delivery. The vendor in which they were going to order from did not have it and was on back order therefore the owner decided to make it for us instead causing a delay in delivery. There was a lack of communication amongst the two locations and with me, the customer, to not know what was going on. I had to call a few times to get updates and at one point I tried to personally reach out to the owners in the Sarasota location since it was within their hands but it was impossible to reach them as NO one answered the phone, it was quite frustrating. I tried all phone numbers listed and advertised on social media and Google but no luck and it was extremely uncomfortable since it was our first purchase at a small business. I then got a call back from the Lakeland manager and she explained all that happened and apologized. She had the owner give me a call, she did apologize for the miscommunication and advised the ring was made. She personally drove it from Sarasota due to everything that occurred and let me just say it is absolutely beautiful! I LOVE my new wedding band, they truly did a great job with the design and making of it. If it werent for the miscommunication that occurred and the fact that there was no way to contact management at the main location Id give them 5 stars because they truly do have great selections, beautiful stores, and they seem to really care about the pieces they deliver to their customers. Would I shop here again? Yes, yes I would :)
