TK Adam: I had the best experience with them. The son and part owner is sooo nice and helpful. I needed a stone replaced in my necklace and he took the whole thing which had 3 charms on it. One of which contains my best friends ashes. He cleaned the chain and all the charms and put a new stone in my one charm. This necklace has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and he took great care of it. I highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!! A+++
