4 /5 Jen Aguilar: Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.
