2 /5 Brian Bartlett: While the people are friendly, the waits are unbearable. There is only one teller on a Friday afternoon, and she was not even at the counter. It is time to do something different.

1 /5 richard cole: Staff is great just not enough of them to service customers right. The Drive thru being shut down since Covid makes no sense. One drive up ATM that is down 60 percent of the time and the walk up almost always matches the drive up Reopen drive thru! Or add more drive up ATM! Every other banks have drive thru "wells fargo ,chase ,truist"

3 /5 Catherine Scheid: Never more than 1 or 2 tellers, usually only 1 actually helping customers. So always a line to wait in. And no drive thru teller service available, which sucks if youre disabled... although there is a drive thru ATM . I would still rather have drive thru teller services available and slightly friendlier & more accommodating/helpful & knowledgeable staff at this branch.

1 /5 ben franzoso: Saturday morning at 10:45, 12 people on line, 4 employees, 1 teller open and no one else available to open. I will never open an account here again. 13 people now.......
