Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time. Lyan Torres Today is the second time I go to this bank and I absolutely love how I am treated by the staff members. I walked in and I was immediately greeted. I had came in the week or so prior to today and the girls remembered me and it made me feel very welcomed. Manuela assisted me both times I came into this location and I absolutely love her! Vanessa Cusell Dont deposit cash in the ATM outside. It ate all my rent money. However with that being said, the store manager Allen Wier was amazing in helping me get my money back. The bank does not service the outside ATM, but he was on the phone instantly with the company, and he filed a claim for my money. Although I did have to wait 3 business days, the money was back in my account. Im very thankful for all his help.
