The energy hits you as soon as you walk in—high-fives, encouragement, and a true family feel. Everyone roots for each other, and it’s easy to build real friendships through the shared sweat and effort.
The workouts are 45 minutes long and pack a punch. They’re fast-paced and always changing, mixing cardio and strength training so you never get bored. The trainers do an amazing job of keeping everyone engaged, correcting form, offering modifications when needed, and pushing you just the right amount -- because we can do hard things even when we think we cant. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they make sure you feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
One of my favorite things is how flexible the schedule is. They run the same workout multiple times a day—usually six or seven—so if you miss your morning camp, you can just jump into a later one. That flexibility made it so much easier for me to stay consistent.
They also keep things fresh with monthly or quarterly challenges, which adds a fun, competitive spark while focusing on different aspects of fitness whether it be strength, cardio or a combination of both.
Since joining, I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and have even noticed positive changes in my lifestyle—like better eating habits and a healthier mindset overall. The trainers truly care about helping you reach your goals, and the community keeps you coming back.
