1 /5 Nancy Holman: Bill Green Jewelers has the worst customer service I have ever seen! My husband purchased an expensive bracelet for me there for Christmas. He bought it on 12/7/19 because he was going out of the country and would not return before Christmas. Charles Holt, the Assistant Manager, sold the bracelet to my husband knowing it was a Christmas present and assured my husband that I could return the bracelet if it was not what I wanted. Unfortunately, when I opened it on Christmas morning, I did not like it. I went back to the store on 12/30/19 and Charles Holt would not allow me to return the bracelet. He had the nerve to tell me that the return policy was only 15 days. Naturally, I am outraged!! This store has the worst possible customer service and they lie to their customers!! Buyer Beware.....Do not trust Bill Green Jewelers!!

I purchased my wifes wedding band here, and she receives so many compliments. I have purchased numerous gifts from them...they always meet every expectation of mine. I wouldnt shop anywhere else! An amazing family owned store, who make you feel like part of their family too!

Also i got my wifes engagement ring (20 years ago) at Bill Green and he went as far as to lay a bunch of diamonds out on the table and let me pick which one i wanted. Their jeweler repair person reconstructed a bracelet of mine into a beautiful necklace, keeping the intricate design intact.

Had quite a few pieces of gold & silver, and Mollie took the time to let me know what I would possibly get more $ from selling on an online platform than she could offer. Mollie is an asset to the industry & downtown Daytona business community. Regarding negative reviews re. supposed no-shows: you choose a time from their online calendar, then receive email & text acknowledgment of your request which lets you know your request is being reviewed and to wait for confirmation of appointment. This is a by-appointment process. People leaving bad reviews may not have provided valid contact information which is on them, not the business.
