2 /5 Judy NIN: The lady was very nice and friendly but unfortunately kept making mistakes with my numbers and not going back to verify anything so I had to keep letting her know she was entering things incorrectly including my DOB and SS#! Also I have just a straight forward W2 and that’s it but the fee with them was going to be $250. I did not feel comfortable paying all that since I practically did it myself. I chose not to proceed with them.
