Kenya was such a great help, she was very pleasant. And really helped me through this hard time. I applied online on a Friday and heard back from Kenya on Monday. She asked for some further information, and said she wanted to give me a fair shot for assistance . I’m so beyond thankful!

They have been exceptional to work and I have a complicated transaction history. They are very personable and proficient. If you want to feel like a bank actually cares about you and your success, I cant think of a better bank, and I deal with about 20 banks on a regular basis.

nathan brown: Just moved to Florida. Ive heard good things about Suncoast Credit Union so I stopped into the Dade City Branch. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. Her name was Savannah and she was very professional and efficient. Originally I was only going to open a checking account but after talking with the young woman, I decided to also open a savings account and a money market account. Im very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend the Dade City branch as well as Savannah. Five stars!

Niels Faaborg: Bank tellers/ manager lacks all kinds of compassion for others, maybe even finds joy in others suffering. I would love to explain the whole story of my experience here, but i cant handle typing it all out. I could have been a new member if shown some kindness and compassion. She had an opportunity to educate me about this bank, and persuade me to open an account, instead she was judgemental, and assumed that because i didnt have an account already that I couldnr open an account? SO, I will suggest people avoid this bank, and avoid banking here.

Support staff are reasonably polite, but lack knowledge in almost all affairs, do not have the authority to report most information, and will often connect you to a voicemail when you request more information (even during business hours when people like financial aid should be available). All of this after nearly losing over $4,000 worth of my tuition refunds on multiple occasions.
