    Marcelo Daniel: Really bad. Gym was nice in the beginning, but it became crowded and crowded. I was told I could go with my daughter as a guest (she has always been at the gym with me). I have been a member for 1 year. Yesterday, they said she could not enter the gym because she is 14. They told me she should be 15 (today at the phone David told me 16). So, they really do not know the information. Anyways, they told me its liability reason, but she could get her own membership. So, there is no liability issue if a 14-year-old goes alone to the gym, there is if she goes with a parent. I dont see how it makes sense. Anyways, tried to call now the location, and front desk told me the manager was busy, so I needed to call in 30 minutes. Ill do that, but meanwhile, I decided to make some reviews in social media as well, to alert other people.

    Iasmim Bitencourth: Do yourself a favor and choose a different gym. The service here is terrible, and the overall experience is extremely frustrating. Poor Customer Service: The customer support is genuinely bad. Limited Equipment: They dont have enough machines for a proper workout, so dont expect much variety in your training. Unfair Billing: They trick you into signing up, and then you face constant problems with the fees. The billing is unjust—they add unexpected charges without telling you. No Peace to Train: I am constantly being interrupted during my workouts by staff telling me there is an issue with my bill. When you try to cancel, they only offer to try and remove the fees, which feels like a trick to keep you locked in. Rude Staff: The employees are sarcastic and disrespectful. They clearly lie to members and treat complaints as a joke. I was so fed up today that I left my workout early. This gym is simply disappointing. I am switching to another gym immediately. Stay far away! There are better and more professional gyms nearby.

    Victor Brasil: Updated in Sep 25: It improved since latest renovation in July 2025, with new floor installation and equipments. However the number of equipments should be increased asap because FAU rec is taking a long time to fix machines that are out of service. In this context, 2 or more for each exercise are supposed to be in the fitness room (for example, it has only one machine for abdominal crunch). In addition, maintenance of lockers located inside the restroom could be better since some are broken or need repairs. Pool and all rec events are really good and a plus!!

    Gabby Smith: Coaches are absolutely amazing, they are definitely what makes this place. They are really good at motivating and adjusting workouts to everyone’s needs However the owner Nicole really ruined my experience. She was very rude and not inviting into the space The coaches really uplifted the experience but I can’t workout in a space where the owner is passing judgement and making inappropriate comments about clients. Very unprofessional.

    HSG: Spectacular, but would like to see more seasoned trainers on the floor. They challenged my 93 year old mom to give another set when it was her first time in the gym in 36 years (except the sitting treadmill) and she slept for entire next day. Shes up again though and fine!

    Evan Hoyyt: FTX fitness is one of my favorite spots to workout and train, been coming here for over a year. The entire place is a chill vibe but the energy to grind in complete focus mode is heavy there. The entire staff is really awesome and friendly, Jacob st the front desk is always there around the time I go and is always welcoming and cool to talk with. They have everything you need there for a light all the way to brutal workout training and the recovery room they have is heaven. The cold plunge gets my mind right everytime. One thing I love about FTX is the music they play isnt your typical commercial gyms, they actually have taste. I highly recommend checking this spot out if you like a down to earth place to be focused and have fun. These guys are awesome!

    Lexi Charlip: Awful to their customers. This was my first time ever trying the studio and I was super excited because my out of state friends had talked about this company. I arrived within the time limit constraints and tried the door code to which the front desk staff let me in and they told me I missed the class cutoff and would need to pay and leave. They said they had a strict time policy. I explained my situation was circumstantial and out of my control. She said she understood and began to let me join the class. She confirmed my name then said I wasn’t registered and started getting angry that I was coming in and trying to take the class. I tried to tell her I had confirmation to which I was immediately told to leave due to their strict time policies, those same ones she was going to disregard a few seconds ago?? I politely told her I would take my business elsewhere and I was hollered at as I walked out the door to my car. So much for a “safe space” and “community”. Lol here’s my confirmation!
