5 /5 Mary Ann Ackerman: Im SO glad I found Just Lift! 5 stars all the way! It is what it is...you just lift. Brilliant idea! No running, biking or rowing in between sets, which really helps to focus on lifting heavy with correct form without burning out from cardio in between. This place is amazing - everyone is so friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The coaches are fun and motivating but are also constantly watching to make sure everyone is lifting with good form, which reduces injury. The music is amazing and so fun every class and it goes by quickly. If you love to just lift, this place is for you! And if you dont love to just lift, and want a setting that makes it more fun and motivating to get you through it - you need to try this!!! Also, as the cherry on top theres a daily mindset/affirmation at the beginning of class and a little yoga/stretch cool down after class. I love the body/mind connection!
