5 /5 Beth Millman: I moved to South Florida in 2021 and was looking for a great jeweler. I found Brillante Jewelers in 2023 and bought a Citizen’s watch from them at a great price last year. They are a family owned business of three brothers: Roberto, Charlie and Eric and they are super nice, hilarious and fun to work with. They also have been in business 33 years!!! And still love working together and you can tell the moment you enter their shop. They can customize pieces for you and today I found out they even offer layaway if you don’t want to charge a piece and want to pay it off easier. I bought a gorgeous 18k star necklace and rather than lose the piece to someone else and have to charge it, I could put it in lawaway and pay it off over the next few months!! I am doing some home renovations so having this option was fantastic as I don’t go into debt and I live within my means!! Today I purchased two adorable sterling silver necklaces: one has a dolphin pendant and one has a turtle pendant. Their prices are always competitive and I really love their personalized service. They also do jewelry repair and also untangled knotted necklaces for me today and did not even charge although they do accept tips which people always do as getting out those knots can be time consuming!! I love this business and love how fun they make jewelry shopping and how respectful they are to all customers no matter what you purchase or even if you just come to window shop. They offer beautiful pieces for all tastes and price points and as I said, can work with you to customize a piece you want. If you are looking for jewelers who are ethical, knowledgeable, fun, and who stand behind their jewelry and offer it at great prices. Brillante Jewelers are for you!! Highly recommend!!

5 /5 Whitney Anderson: My favorite place for repairs! Brillante Jewelers is unique that they actually do the repairs in-house! This gives them greater flexibility and they are able to return pieces extremely quickly! I had an 18k gold diamond necklace repaired here and a 14k gold and sapphire bracelet repaired! Additionally, the brothers are so incredibly kind and responsive. Highly recommend taking any pieces that need repair to Brillante Jewelers.

Caitlin Dalton: If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped in while visiting from out of state and saw a necklace that caught my eye. I explained to the jeweler that I have a severe nickel allergy and needed to be absolutely sure there was no nickel in the piece. I was assured it was solid gold, and they even showed me documentation breaking down the metal content to support their claim. Trusting what I was told, I purchased the necklace at the price of solid gold. Within just a few hours of wearing it, I broke out in a painful rash that eventually started bleeding—clearly indicating it was not what they claimed. Because I’m not local, I wasn’t able to return it right away. By the time I came back into town and tried to resolve it, they told me the return window had closed. Being misled is bad enough—but causing physical harm and then refusing to make it right, knowing full well they misrepresented the product, is completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend doing business here.
