    Ella Taylor: Exceptional jeweler!! trustworthy, skilled, and truly invested. My husband worked closely with Mike Stone to custom design my engagement ring and wedding band, and both turned out absolutely perfect. He also designed his own wedding band with Mike, which came out just as amazing. We’ve brought in several pieces for repair over the years, including my grandmother’s sentimental tennis bracelet, and the care and quality have always been outstanding. We recommend this place to everyone. Mike and his team do excellent work and are some of the only people we fully trust with our most meaningful pieces.

    Katheryne Chester: I highly recommend this jewelry store. I brought in 3 watches to be cleaned and serviced. I was figuring it would take at least 3-4 days. I was shocked when all 3 were ready within 24 hours. Batteries replaced and completely cleaned and buffed out. They are super friendly and family owned. I believe in supporting local small businesses and Beryl & Co has gained my trust and future business.

    Caitlin Dalton: If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped in while visiting from out of state and saw a necklace that caught my eye. I explained to the jeweler that I have a severe nickel allergy and needed to be absolutely sure there was no nickel in the piece. I was assured it was solid gold, and they even showed me documentation breaking down the metal content to support their claim. Trusting what I was told, I purchased the necklace at the price of solid gold. Within just a few hours of wearing it, I broke out in a painful rash that eventually started bleeding—clearly indicating it was not what they claimed. Because I’m not local, I wasn’t able to return it right away. By the time I came back into town and tried to resolve it, they told me the return window had closed. Being misled is bad enough—but causing physical harm and then refusing to make it right, knowing full well they misrepresented the product, is completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend doing business here.

The pieces I have purchased were all outstanding and I have been very happy with each of them. Jeff is very knowledgeable and trustworthy which is why I keep going back. Always more than fair price and never a question of who I am buying from. In this day and age, when you are spending some money, you need someone you can really trust and believe me you can trust Buchwald.

    Talha Ahmad: This establishment is discriminatory and prejudiced. My friend was asked to leave solely for wearing a head covering (hijab), at the request of the owner. No one should ever be excluded or judged for their faith or cultural expression. The fact that this was directly from the owner and not simply a staff member truly shows the lack of moral values this business represents. I do not recommend supporting this business until they take accountability and ensure they treat customers with both decency and respect.

I had forgotten to get a wedding band for the wedding and we were scrambling to find one when we stumbled upon Madison’s jeweler’s. The Owner and his Niece were super kind and were able to find a band that matched her engagement ring and resize it for us. They even helped resize mine to the correct size on site 10/10 would recommend!
