Doesnt make sense to me. Theyre loss, do not recommend going here at all !!!!!!! Wish they had a zero star option, if you like crappy service go there and shop.

1 /5 David J: Came to buy a Xbox series S. There was no one in there so the woman starts helping me. a few customers come and she just stops helping me to complete a different transaction. I wait patiently she then starts moving separate inventory around off the counter ignoring me. then after we make eye contact she finally remembers and says oh you can come around the counter sir. Pass. I was polite, there was absolutely no reason to go help someone else In the middle of a sale.

Got my engagement ring and the prongs were off, not symmetrical and probably not as secure on the stone. Fine- sent it in to be repaired and adjusted. Waited 2 weeks, came back even WORSE. Brilliant earth has fine products. Brilliant earth has awful quality control and probably less experienced jewelers doing repairs. I took my ring to a repair at Citris Park mall, he repaired it in 90 minutes, better than it has ever looked, for 35$. Love my ring. Will never ever be sending it back to brilliant earth or probably never purchasing with them either.
