5 /5 Jason Richards: I brought my 89-year-old grandfather in to help with a ring that was cutting off circulation to his finger. We were worried about his frail skin and trying remove the ring with soap, Windex, etc. Christine and the staff were so warm and professional from the moment we walked in. We were not looking to buy anything that day, yet they were the utmost in professionalism and kindness. They were able to safely remove the ring off of his swollen finger and then did not charge us a dollar. I tried to pay, and they would not accept a dime. Now I HAVE to go back and shop with my wife. :-) Such an amazing & nice group of people. Makes you love our local businesses!

While my watch battery was being replaced I browsed the jewelry. Carats has a wonderful selection. I highly recommended this store. I will definitely be returning to Carats in the future.

Im so glad I walked through the door at Carats as my experience with this business was simply outstanding. They were friendly, professional, courteous and Im completely satisfied with the repairs. They have an in house jeweler which makes the entire process much easier. My ring needed a replacement diamond and when I picked up the piece, I was amazed at how beautiful the ring looked!
