She asked me to bring back my necklaces back so I was sure to get the right size of bales put on. She was so kind and was she right. Once they are sodered on its permanent, and theres no turning back. I will always go back, and I they do all their repairs in-house. Very reliable and wonderful people. Thank you so much!!

5 /5 Shea Rollini: I called her establishment today to see if she has a service available, Which she did. So I brought my Mom into Her for a watch strap. Mom was so pleased with her service, because she took the extra time to change the clasp as well..... it was inscribed with the watchmakers name! She was very impressed, and also it was unbelievably inexpensive! Definitely my Mom will be a repeat customer as I will as well.

5 /5 MrTheoneandonly248: Went in to get a new battery for my watch. Such a friendly lady at the counter who I assume is the owner. She cleaned my watch from the bad battery that had been sitting in it and had it replaced in 5 minutes. I will take every one of my watches to her when needed.

His daughter let us try on many rings (there were 4 of us) and was so helpful! I felt bad that she had to take out so many rings, but she did it with a smile on her face and kept telling us it was no problem, when we kept apologizing ;). I found the PERFECT ring guard for my 28 year old wedding ring, my daughter got 3 rings, my sister in law got 2, and my sons girlfriend got 3 rings! They are all so beautiful and unique! Mr. Weldon just talked to us like we were family. They were so sweet and welcoming and so helpful, I "may" have given both of them hugs before we left.
