A check my husband earned was rejected without explanation at a branch, yet accepted instantly after a customer service call escalation—raising concerns about internal consistency and judgment. Additionally, our funds were regularly held for days, creating uncertainty and disruption. The in-person service was dismissive, and we left feeling disregarded and unsafe relying on this bank for basic financial access. We’ve since closed our account. If you value dependable, respectful service and timely access to your money, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Since, he has made 0 improvements to my credit, I have spoken with him one time since then, and he has blocked my number after getting sent over $900 for services. I called to follow up and ask for a break down of progress, and I am blocked. Do not waste your money!!!! I will update this review as it progresses through small claims
