1 /5 Y C: I have been trying to call this location for over 2 weeks now. Looked on google and I see they are "having issues with their system" in another google review.
I have called the call center directly, and spoke with a representative. The representative let me explain the whole story of me trying to reach this location and they/the branch are not responding THEN he just transfers me to the branch that is NOT answering. I called the call center again AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!!
I have left voicemails on BOTH the personal branch manger AND co-managers phone lines. I have not gotten a call back !! - This was about 1 week ago.
I have submitted emails requesting for someone to reach out to me. They state a representative will reach out via email within 2-3 days. I submitted not one but two emails and have not gotten a response.
Horrible quality of phone and call center representation. I cant imagine what in person services would be like.
