Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Thomas P Kiernan, CFP® - Vero Beach Linda: Beware of this branch!! They are rude, do not respond in a timely manner, poor customer service, & very inconsistent. Attempted to complete a simple transaction but the first level employee did not understand and made things difficult. I had to call multiple times about the same issue because they provided wrong information. She was condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Time to shop around because I most definitely did not use them to manage my investment.
