Calvin Phuong: This location is quite disappointing. Their drive-thru ATM, of which only one exist out of three lanes, is constantly not working. Do not attempt to call this place via phone. It is an absolute waste of time. They will never answer the phone and there is no recourse for having a callback. VyStar credit Union is a much better bank and they do not charge ridiculous fees as does Bank of America. I have been a customer with Bank of America for nearly 20 years. That will be ending this year. Much of that has to do with the lack of service from Bank of America in Fernandina Beach and yulee.

Kelly Taylor: As a tenant of a commercial property ( Yulee Corners) managed by ACR, I have had a very negative experience. ACR has been neglectful of the property. There is trash piled up in the shrubs and around trash dumpster. This trash has been here for months not just weeks. There are parking issues that have been long term with no resolvement efforts by ACR. As a Business Owner in Yulee Corners I care about the property being clean and well kept. ACRs response when I report issues is to make me feel like I am the problem and to set up barriers so I cant report problems. From my experience with ACR, I do not recommend them as a Property Manager.
