1 /5 John Fournier: We dropped some tax documents in early May (after tax season - thinking they wont be too busy to get started on our work). I called in June to check progress, they said all was good. July, same thing. At one point they did ask for one additional document. However it has now been 4 months... I would have expected by 4 1/2 months to have a little progress, yet a few months ago I called and I grew concerned as they didnt seem to see our records at all and didnt call me back when they said they would. The past 4 weeks Ive called 3 times and politely asked for a call back with any update, though every person said theyd certainly give me a call back - no one has. Today I called to have them go ahead and gather our papers as we unfortunately plan to go elsewhere - and guess what, we finally got a call back (saying we can come get our papers). Im surprised there was no attempt made to try and keep us a customers & Im extremely dissatisfied w/how this turned out, because had I known it would take this long (with ZERO work on our forms) I would have gone elsewhere and likely been done already. Very amazed by the lack of communication w/us. Hate like anything to leave a bad review theyre prob great people etc... but, this is how it turned out for us at Courson & Stam.
Update... I stopped by there (9/14) to pick up our file folders & take elsewhere but... they couldnt find them. After a several minutes I said please call me and Ill come back later to pick them up, since we were headed to lunch.
I got a call 30minutes later from Pierre mentioning taxes are done and that we had talked before? (I dont remember ever talking to him). I dont trust their organizational skills so its important to keep this in mind when considering using C&S.
