5 /5 Andrea Barnhill: Switched gyms a few months ago and this has been SUCH a great experience. Everything is clean, well organized, and staff is super friendly. Private changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, and locker rooms are also always clean. They have every piece of equipment you could need to workout, and it’s a great deal for the price compared to other gyms around me. Also far more quiet and comfortable when it comes to distribution of people! I much prefer this to my prior gym experience and can finally enjoy the gym and working out again.

2 /5 Tony Angeline: New owners have ruined a good gym. They got rid of equipment, reduced the floor size, only have 2 good thread mills. It also has one of the highest prices. After the ONE-Time start-up fee the costs are 180, 385, 390, compared to 420 for the smallest and least equiped gym. I was a member for over 25 yrs and have left.

1 /5 Matthew Deike: UPDATE: I saw this feedback from the manager on someone elses review. Granted, I dont know the full story but this public display from a manager and business professional rubs me the wrong way. This was the response to a negative review from the manager: Unfortunately the building owner decided to try leasing part of the building, we remodeled the remaining 6000 square feet. We kept classes and did have to reduce the number of pieces of equipment. We also became a 24/7 gym which addressed a previous complaint of yours. As you were made aware the last time you claimed we have the highest prices, our price is the 2nd lowest in Crestview and we are the ONLY gym which doesnt charge start up or annual fees. Those are the facts whether you like them or not. I try to serve all of our members to the best of my ability, please be sure to wipe your tears off the equipment before leaving. Insulting someone, regardless of their negative feedback, is never right, especially from the vantage point of the owner and especially in a public setting. It just doesnt sit well with me. It leads me to believe that, even if you are on good terms with management but make one choice or word to the manager that he doesnt like, hell blast you in front of everyone. Thats not management I want to deal with. Management is FAR superior than it was before. Dave has been tremendous in ensuring satisfaction. My main issue now is the remodeling and new direction of the gym. The walls are painted black with fluorescent lights so it feels like a prison. The layout is awful. Everything is right up next to each other and it feels cramped. The dumbbell rack is not a great set up and creates awkward traffic jams. There used to be more treadmills but is now filled with more Precor sitting bikes. My wife really enjoyed the cable machines in the back room so she could work out and not feel awkward for trying new movements but, now that it’s all taken apart back there, she feels uncomfortable coming to the gym. It looks like it isn’t done moving things around and replacing the back room with things so I’ll update this review once all the modifications are done but, for a gym that has “family fitness” in the name, it doesn’t feel family friendly anymore. It just feels like it’s for the elite meat heads. We’ll still come as it offers more than PF and is closer than the other gyms in the north end of town but those aren’t great reasons for continuing to come.

5 /5 Alyssa Kidd: I can’t recommend this gym enough! From the moment I signed up, Dave, the owner, has been incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a positive and supportive environment. I usually come after work and on weekends, and every time I’m here, I’m surrounded by amazing people who make working out a pleasure. The community here truly feels like a second home. Dave has put so much effort into improving the gym, ensuring it’s a comfortable and motivating space for everyone. The gym has plenty of room to work out, plus an outdoor area, basketball court, hydro massage bed, and even red light therapy—perfect for recovery after a tough session. I especially love using the hydro massage bed after a challenging workout. What stands out most to me is the supportive community. I always feel welcomed with a smile, and that makes all the difference. If youre looking for a gym where you’ll feel right at home, this is the place!

5 /5 Weston Strachan: Riviera Fitness in Crestview is absolutely fantastic! The gym is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of a fitness family from day one. They offer a wide range of machines, free weights, and group classes, catering to all fitness levels. I’ve never had to wait long for equipment, even during busy hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained gym in the area.
