5 /5 Yvette: This is truly a great community of people, great coaches and incredibly large space for my comfort. I love the programming, monthly group outings and the connection thru our group chat when someone has someone to offer something or needs help. They offer 3 programs: CrossFit, Competitor, & Olympic Weightlifting. Also there is an Acupuncture office and Sports Recovery Center that helps any kind of athlete.

5 /5 Lucy Spy: Just in FL for a few days on holiday and needed to get some of my own programming done. They were so quick to respond to my query about dropping in for open gym on Instagram. The Coaches Diego and Pablo were so friendly and accommodating! The other members were also lovely :) highly recommend this CrossFit gym, lots of space and equipment!

I love the flexibility of being able to go when it’s convenient for me since my schedule changes daily with being a caretaker for my 94 year old mother. The trainers are awesome, they know all the clients by name and work with us depending on our conditions. I have multiple sclerosis and deal with a lot of pain issues, they take that into consideration when they do my workout. I have been going for about 8 months and I look forward to my workouts at least twice a week.

Alexis Rodriguez: Overall an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, they’re following up with you via text on progress and always motivating you. The instructors are all amazing and welcoming. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Not to mention Amanda the owner is a gem. I once took a class with her next to me without knowing who she was and she helped me with my form during class. 10/10 from beginning to end.

Intense Fitness - Oakland Park

Dennis Gonzales: Started working with a trainer cause I needed help getting back in shape. They built a plan that fit my schedule and didn’t make me feel dumb for being out of shape. First few sessions were rough but I’m already seeing progress. They really know their stuff and keep me motivated. Also helped me with some meal planning ideas. Only issue is it’s a little pricey, but worth it for the results. I feel stronger and more focused already. If you’re thinking about getting a trainer, I’d say go for it. It’s made a big difference in how I feel.

F45 Training Coral Ridge - Oakland Park

Marion Carrigan: Ive been a member at F45 Coral Ridge for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. The workouts are truly for all ages and fitness levels. The studio offers a lot of class times throughout the week so Ive not had any trouble fitting in a workout even when my schedule has been unpredictable. The trainers are so helpful and acknowledge everyone in the class every day, particularly Marissa and Shelby. Love taking their workouts.

Em Blue: The L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center is a nice facility overall, and the building itself is clean and modern. It’s a decent place with potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service and overall coordination.

john foley: Dropped in during a vacation, and wish I’d had a chance to come back more. Fun class, friendly and welcoming, and you can tell this place is genuinely supportive of athletes at all levels. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

HIT Fitness Warehouse - Fort Lauderdale

Hannah Koschinski: I found the HIT Fitness Warehouse through a Google search, got in contact with the team which helped me to answer my questions and started to join the classes! Honestly, the training concept is unique and so much fun. The coaches are very well educated and help you with the technique. As I have previous injuries, this was especially helpful as we found great adjustments. Carolina and Kevin ensure a fun training experience focussing on getting stronger and having fun while doing so, I can only recommend!

Orangetheory Fitness - Fort Lauderdale

sara swerdloff: Orangetheory fitness is the most amazing gym ever in United States. I’ve been to a lot of gyms I did Zumba. I did LA fitness I did another gym which is a private gym with a trainer. I never built muscle when I came to Orangetheory. I started building muscle. I never love this gym so much in my life I’m so thankful that I could be part of the Orangetheory fitness. Thank you for making my journey so special. I can’t wait for more journeys with you guys. Can’t wait to get my classes up to 2000 and more.

Jazzercise of Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale - Oakland Park

Melissa Smith: I love to dance and when I found Jazzercise or perhaps it found me, I was in my happy place. Been at it since 2012 & here we are in 2023.. still dancing!! Great positive vibes, brings my heart rate up, keeps me sane, and all the instructors are great humans. I really like being part of so many good people. Great experience and I think you should give it a try!! You never know what good can come of it!!
