5 /5 Lauren Hooke: These workouts are amazing! The music is great, the coaches are awesome, and the workouts are so effective! The workouts are so much fun and I feel so great at the end of each class. I love everything about their philosophy (very encouraging!) and their method (custom high-tech arm band monitor for heart rate and calorie counting to make sure you stay in the "zone" for burning fat), and I recommend it to anyone looking to get in great shape! The studio is so nice and very clean and the entire staff is so friendly :)

I have been going to Orange Theory for almost a year now (3 to 4 times a week), and I have lost 17 pounds! (I’m only 5’ 0”, so that is a lot!) I still love going and the workouts never get stale or predictable. Coach Jeremy taught me how to track my macros and eat more protein and less carbs, and I lost 5 pounds in a month!

I’ve now been going to Orange Theory for 2 and a half years!! I have maintained my weight loss and increased my strength and cardio endurance. Working out at Orange Theory is one of my favorite things to do :)
