1 /5 Marwan Mohsen: Terrible experience at Crunch. The gym is overcrowded, the machines are often broken or dirty, and there’s zero professionalism from the staff.
The worst part was the customer service. Josh and Tevoln were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, they literally said, “We don’t care, we have plenty of members anyway.” That’s the kind of attitude you get here—disrespectful and careless.
I tried to cancel multiple times and still got charged. It’s all about taking your money with zero accountability. Don’t waste your time or money here. You deserve better.
Again
Extremely disappointing experience with Crunch, especially with the manager Josh. I approached him to discuss an issue with my membership, hoping for some support to stay with the gym. Instead of trying to help, he told me “We don’t care about $30, we have enough members already.”
That kind of attitude is unacceptable from someone in a management position. He made it very clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to them.
Because of that disrespect, I canceled my membership—and not just me, but five of my close friends who also live in Tampa canceled theirs too.
If you’re looking for a gym where you’re treated with basic respect, this is not the place. Terrible customer service, and clearly they only care about numbers, not people.
