    Kathryn M: Arrived 10 minutes early for my class and found a very full parking lot with almost no parking spots and then upon entering For my class, which started in five minutes A previous fitness class was still going, which led me to believe that either the instructor started late , isn’t good with time management or something happened because I don’t believe that they have time to clean off their equipment…If their classes are overlapping, I left before starting. It didn’t even seem high energy just by observing a few minutes of class that I saw, it was very boring . It’s quite common to have your class end about 5 to 10 minutes before your next class starts so that the people there can clean the equipment, amd The next class has time to come in and get comfortable and introduce themselves. Badly managed.

    Rebekah Troutner: Spin City is the absolute best spin studio! I always have an amazing workout and have a ton of fun doing it. The classes are high-energy and truly kick my butt in the best way possible. The instructors are fantastic, motivating, and make every session enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great workout that’s both challenging and fun this is the place. Highly recommend!

After trying another studio in the past, I’m thrilled to have found this gem so close to home. The environment is absolutely adorable—super cute decor that makes you feel right at home! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. As for the workout, it was awesome! The instructor was motivating and made sure everyone was getting the most out of their workout. I highly recommend Kumquat Pilates to anyone looking for a fantastic Pilates experience. I can’t wait to go back

    A M: I love this gym. Much better environment than commercial gyms, which can be intimidating for some gym goers, like myself. I felt very comfortable here. No wait for machines regardless of time. The pictures on the wall and TV are very inspiring and at times push me to work harder and push through my workouts. Overall great gym :)

    Arlie DuBois: I love everything about the wellness center . My wife and I joined a little over a month ago. The gym is perfect for us . Nice , new equipment . Always clean and the members are always nice and courteous . The pool area is always clean and its so nice to relax overlooking the lake . We go right at lunch time and it is never crowded . The smoothies are great too! The staff couldnt be nicer.

I take Barbell 45 with Sarah P. and Laura, HIIT with Michael and Sarah P., Zumba with Veruska and Sarah P., and yoga with Maggie. It’s amazingly fantastic, my workout community. You should join us!!

    Maxilla Cortez: Really wish you guys can do a full gym renovation. It is sometimes old/dusty and bathrooms dont always work. Also security outside and prevention of fall risk with all the big cords that lay around. Sometimes it is not stocked with wipes to clean machines.
