5 /5 Danielle Pavoni: Excellent office! Staff is friendly and on point. Even the young lady that is new there! Dan is very kind and helpful. He doesnt rush you to get off the phone like youre annoying lol. Ive been a member of this office i think its about 5 yrs and hopefully many more to come!

1 /5 Richard Knepel: Avoid this State farm office at all costs. They miss quote and when its billed its always more expensive. Oh and the lady upfront is one rude human being. If you use this office you get what you deserve.

Although Ive never personally dealt with Dan Flynn, Ive had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Karen Fazio at the agency. We would think that in todays world customer service, kindness and knowledge no longer exist. This is not the case with Karen Fazio. Karen at all times has been simply outstanding in every way possible. Karen is a true professional and a credit to the Dan Flynn agency, the insurance profession and herself. You can not go wrong with contacting and dealing with this fine professional and one of the nicest people you will ever know.

1 /5 Michelle Sonnenberg: Just no. Ive received Dans flyers in the mail for years and I am glad I never opted for his services. His client hit me and Dan promised to get back to me that day. Its been a month and Danor State Farm have yet to contact me for repairs to my vehicle. I have to chase them down despite the fact that theyve accepted liability. This is highly poor reputation building within our community. Id never choose Dan Flynn as my insurance agent. I have Geico and have used Patrons in the past - both are very professional and responsive.

1 /5 Devon Sipes: Relocated from Michigan and needed to modify my renters insurance. They made everything more complicated and difficult. I wasnt even able to get a policy with them I had to get a 3rd party insurance and the payment options are extremely limited. Im already looking into other policys elsewhere
