We immediately brought the necklace back to Dazzling and they fixed it within 30 minutes. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Andrew took his time and was extremely sympathetic to my loss and together he helped me find one that was almost an exact match. I am so grateful to this young man. I wish more people took their time and care for their customers like Andrew does. I am now a customer for life because of him.

1 /5 Natalie Umphrey: I bought this ring at the end of February. The same stone fell out many times I have taken it back 3 times. The last time you could see a heap of glue or whatever they used but it fell out again. Now another one is missing. I’m not even going to bother taking it back. It’s a pretty right just really embarrassing. Will not buy from here again. My ring is also changing colors so I’m just not happy at all.

I asked Mr. Z, Mr. Dazzling himself, if he could help restore these watches to their peak condition. After a few days I was astonished being the way he was able to detail clean the bands, he fixed the date dial in one of the watches, and cleaned the movements within. They looked like new! I told him how much I appreciate his efforts and desire to give the best quality of work that he can. 5 stars all around!
