5 /5 Cassandra zaczkowski: Excellent service sugeily went above and beyond to ensure that all our jewelry was inspected and looked amazing before we left the store! She helped us with several repairs for both mine and my mother’s jewelry which is quite extensive. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure all our jewelry was found and accounted for it was great and she was super friendly and patient with us. We appreciate all she has done!

5 /5 Vincenzo Massa: Awesome customer service from Paula and the team at Jared’s. Basically, I came here to inquire about additional links to a watch band. I purchased a Michelle watch for my mother several years back and Paula went beyond by calling the manufacturer on my behalf and did this on multiple occasions until acquiring a helpful representative that ultimately was able to Allocate the necessary watch links, so I may return my mother’s watch to its original length for her use. I would highly recommend this place.
