Brandi Voigt: They’re nice people but they seem to not all be on the same page with time frames on how long it takes to order a ring and have it delivered. With the engagement ring they said it’d be back by one day but didn’t get it in until about 1-2 weeks later I can’t exactly remember so that’s not my main complaint. Now with the wedding band I was told it would be shipped between 10/27 - 10/29 and it takes 2 days to be delivered so it would be there 11/1 or 11/4. I called on 11/1 for an update and they said it won’t be shipped until later this month around 11/27 and they weren’t sure why someone told me it was going to ship earlier. But they put a “rush” on it which I doubt will help anything. Won’t be buying anything else from them unless I can walk out the same day with it.

I felt more like a number than a customer. I arrived a little early and was immediately treated by Brittany who jumped right into pulling dresses, asking me questions, and just making me feel at home. Brittany was extremely attentive and gave me honest opinions about the dresses I was trying. She was absolutely amazing in all aspects and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Now to the store…They have a great selection and variation of gowns. Prices are amazing too. The Bridal section is laid out and decorated beautifully with easy access to search and see all of the gown options. Small town vibe with Big store professionalism. You’ve got to check them out!!

Myra: If you need repairs or custom jewelry this is the place to go to . Lidia was so sweet and knowledgeable. Shes been in business for about 50 years I believe (dont quote me on that). But she let us know shes professionally been in the jewelry business since she was 17 years old. Such a hidden gem inside The Mantle. I fell in love with a couple of pieces of hers and will definitely come back. We didnt buy anything but struck a great conversation with her. She was so insightful and such a great energy she carries. I love supporting local business and have always wanted a custom made engagement ring. My bf and I looked around and I tried a couple. I gave my bf some ideas to what I like. We didnt even plan to go ring shopping but while my bf was talking with the other lady in the front I struck a conversion with Lidia and we bonded over our love for simple and timeless jewelry. I took her card and I know I will one day have a beautiful ring curated by her for sure. She dedicates her time to creating such magical pieces of jewelry and you can tell its her passion . It is very well priced for the amount of time and work she puts into it. Every piece tells a story. Highly recommend them!
