The agent, ( Rebecca Simms ) was very nice and helped me without hesitation. She was VERY PLEASANT to deal with. Thank you Rebecca !! Would definitely recommend your service to anyone.

Jean Wall: Drew Paterson of the Anderson Agency of North Florida has handled my insurance needs for years now. He was there for me when my former home insurance company pulled out of Florida and left me without insurance. He answered all my questions, found one of the few companies that would insure me, guided me to very good inspectors, helped me find a state agency that would help me with a new roof (and lower my sky-rocketed premiums) and all with speedy efficiency. He was so good that when he relocated to Anderson, I tracked him down to help me again. Anderson is a good find and Drew is your man!

The customer service leaves something to be desired to say the least. Seeing how they just broker your insurence and take their money off the top, customer service should be their number one priority. I cant recommend this company to anyone.
