Shawn Strickland: Used to be a good insurance company. Now all they care about is continuing to take more money from you. I contacted this office a few months back for a re quote on my policy and the girl told me the rates were the same. Yesterday I was quoted a better policy with another insurance company and it is $109 cheaper. I called to cancel with Casandra who reassured me no payment from the now old company would be taken out and today it was taken out anyways. After further investigation - and a statement from Pearl Holding Group, she did not cancel my card on her end so that payments would stop and I will have to wait 2-3 weeks for a paper check! Not my first encounter with rude office people. Sad to see what was once a good company end up like this.
