5 /5 Joe Soper: My wife has used Du Bose & Sons a few times and always had positive comments, so when I needed a new watch band adjusted, she sent me there. What a nice store they have, with an expansive selection! The young woman who assisted me was extremely cordial and professional and had me out the door in minutes. And, the price for my service was excellent. One of Vero Beachs hidden gems?

1 /5 Ashley Pratt: Brought my engagement ring in to be fixed and they proceeded to RUIN my ring. It no longer would fit on my finger, the shape was completely messed up and they destroyed the engraving on one side. Even after bringing this to their attention all three associates brushed it off and tried to excuse the poor quality of work on the age of the ring. I had to go to a different jeweler and spend over $200 to fix the mess this business did to my ring.

1 /5 Gregory Dillon: They used to be one of the best, not any more. One of the men took my measurments and it showed a 11.5. The ring was a 12, when it came back it was a 11.75 according to the girl working. I asked that it be cut to 11.5 because that was what I paid for. T They called on 12/4/24 to pick it up, they did nothing to the ring, it still goes over the knuckle easily and I can tell nothing was done.I paid 53.00 dollars and I have used them many times in the past but no longer. They cannot be trusted anymore.
