The building is organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms. Great place to wander and find great treasures!

Tony Evans I have had two watch bands re sized here and both were Citizens watches 1 st watch that was sized cost me 21.00 about 2 months later I had another watch sized and it was 12.00 not sure of why! My 1st watch was lower range in price the 2nd watch was up in cost vs the 1st one not sure of why! Shame on them to charge more the 1st go around! However the lil guy did it the second time the bigger guy did the 1st time.

Sharmin Rashid The two associates were AMAZING!!! I always forget names, sadly, so I cant remember their names, but it was two women. They were so nice and made my sister feel safe and comfortable. They complimented her, and walked her through the process, they really went above and beyond and made the experience easy and fast, and my sister wasnt as scared as she was going in. I wish I could give them more stars and praise, because theyre just that amazing. I recommended them to my sisters friends parents already, and definitely recommend them to others.

What a nice store they have, with an expansive selection! The young woman who assisted me was extremely cordial and professional and had me out the door in minutes. Sarita Barrita An amazing HONEST family! I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry to be fixed here, on top of being so kind, and quick… they also make sure to keep their pricing affordable, especially compared to other places. I even went there one time thinking i would need to purchase a whole new gold clasp for my necklace, but the amazing woman working said “let me try something”.. Not only did she FIX it, when i asked what i owed her, she told me nothing. An amazing family to do business with, i’ve been amazed at how they everyone who walks through the door every time Ive gone there!

I was highly impressed by the amount of jewelry, each piece was more gorgeous than the next. Looking for a special piece from Vero Beach… The VB bracelet is definitely a local most have. I adore the V design as a heart “love VB” - if you love Vero Beach you’ll just have to sport a VB bracelet.

Iris Toro Line are horrendous, long wait only 2 cashiers, customers walking out and not buy anything. I almost walked out myself if it wasn’t for a gift I had to buy. Very nice Spanish cashier with red hair I believe she was Cuban ….and apologized for the lengthy wait on line. The selections are minimal and lack in stock. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this store. step it up Vero Beach. !!
