1 /5 Kristie Hossfeld: This place will screw you out of almost every penny... Pay $424 down payment... And I make the next month payment of $187 and then they cancel me!!! And apparently my refund is only $131.61 so they wesseled all that extra money for nothing.. do not use this place they will take your money and find every excuse not to pay anything back..

1 /5 Brack Hall: My wife got in an auto accident which was not her fault, she had a policy with DuRant Insurance Agency in Bonifay, FL with her father and we asked for a copy of the policy after the accident and they denied us a copy and would not give it to us, even though she is on the policy herself ..they told us that her dad would have to give them permission before she could get the policy copy. Which they was giving us the runaround.. we had him go up there and tell them to send my wife a copy and they still would not do it... because they was afraid that they was going to have to pay out on something so I would NOT!!! recommend to go with this insurance company because they dont care about you in the end when something happens! The irony is, that we was actually going to switch over to them before that happened but thank God we know not to now! If I could give them zero Stars I absolutely would!!
