Marcum & Associates, Inc - Brooksville Gary Woodward: I am extremely dissatisfied with Marcums service. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but something drastically changed with the company over the past several years. I have an outstanding tax issue from 2015 that has not been resolved, despite my repeated attempts to communicate its top priority. The lack of responsiveness from Marcum is unacceptable, as it has resulted in the IRS withholding any returns Ive received and imposing interest and penalties that I should not have to pay. I have requested, then demanded immediate action to address this matter and still no resolution. The saga continues.
