1 /5 Mary Isopo: I was with Browning for many years. The first time I had a claim they would not help me or advocate for me with the insurance co. All they are interested in is getting their commission for writing a policy. They became rude and argumentative. They dropped me like a hot potato. That’s ok cause I would never do business with them nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. BEWARE!!!

1 /5 J Lawson: Usually dont leave negitive reviews however I felt the need to do so with this company. Called today to get a quote on Commercial Auto and once The ownet heard that I already have my General Liability insurance handled he became very rude and unpleasant.

5 /5 Kristan Crowell: I am SO impressed with this agency! On one of their busiest days, the owner took the time to look up my father-in-laws policy and call me back! Unfortunately the policy lapsed when he died and the double-wide could not be insured due to its age. However, the owner took the time to try to help me obtain a policy and was VERY kind and understanding. He went above and beyond his responsibilities on an already busy day!
