    Katrina A: Not happy with the service as a new member so far. Had to take money out of my old bank to deposit here. I tried depositing it into their ATM 3 times and each time it rejected it and gave the cash back….glad I caught it because I almost drove off the first time with the cash drawer sitting open. I then went to the window since they were open…no line, and the took almost 20 minutes to take care of me. Unacceptable. That’s not even the worst of this bank. Because my direct deposit was delayed from switching banks I had to deposit a paper check from my job. I deposited it a week ago and still have not received the funds! Their reasoning- I’m a new member and I don’t have enough history with them. I have never ever had any other bank do this before. I always get a check funds in my account the same day. It should be illegal to keep someone’s money that long after showing them the check. I thought this would be more convenient than my old bank which is 30 minutes away but I was definitely wrong.

    Aya Chacar: Security gone mad. I have had this bank for many years. They were super slow and bureaucratic but provided low mortgage fees and rate so I put up with it. Now it has become impossible to access your money. They block Zelle transfers. Everything requires security checks- several times in a single transaction. And most of the times the security systems they have are too slow and zero in before they are done - and are timed out or unaccepted so you start again - and go through the same stupid attempts. Tried 7 types of security confirmation and still did not work through no fault of my own. It takes also for ever to figure out how to get to a human being on the phones now. I spent many hours over three days to try and unblock Zelle unsuccessfully - and to try and make a single wire within the US. IT gone mad. I am just in the process of withdrawing all my money. Not worth the waste of time and aggravation. There are many better options out there for banking.

    Heath Ingram: Going to remain one star until I have an explanation as to why my account was closed with a 4 day notice only by email while Im dealing with family issues and emailing me asking for my social after I had given it all to them in person the day I signed up. So not replying to an email within such a short timeframe especially after Ive gotten two emails about e-statements showing everything normal is grounds to just close my account? Highly unprofessional and maybe my whole family should find a new place we can actually trust in.

    Kimberly Miller: Had a very embarrassing situation with my elderly father in law at the Bartow branch. Not going to get into details, but the level of dignity and patience the staff and cleaning staff handled the situation with was absolutely amazing. Both myself and father in law have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and I dont ever want to bank with anyone else because of how helpful everyone was. I feel bad that I didnt get the tellers name in my panic, but your staff is amazing. Thank you for being amazing people.

    Abby Cruz: I’ve been filing with Marvin for 3 years Now and he is the best ! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to file with him this year as I moved out of state but I put all my info into the link he sent me and within an hour I got a call back saying I was good to go he also got me approved for an advance which I received the next day. Definitely recommend!
