I refused to pay for this mistake with the ministry taxes, so they just did not submit my personal taxes and did not say a word about it. found that out over 6 months later. 2 years of tax work for the ministry was $3590 and 2 years of personal tax work was $1785. This is after a discount and added finance charges. If you want your taxes messed up, the IRS coming after you for money you dont owe because they filed them wrong, a huge bill for it, and lowsy customer support.....this is the place to go.

    Bryan Brackin: DONT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! they try to find more ways NOT to help you vs. help you. Took someone in to open a checking account and bring them $1000 cash to deposit. Representative was too weak to go ahead and open them an account and had to run to the supervisors office and hide out until we got disgusted and left. Good luck trying to get them to do anything other than cash paychecks on a Friday too. All they want to do is get you in and out of there! I have also conducted hundreds of thousands of dollars with EFCU, and once my debts are paid I will be closing my account! You can tell when employees of a large financial corporation or only there for a paycheck. Every single one of the EFCU employees I have encountered in Crestview seem that way. Congratulations EFCU! You missed out on $1,000 of free cash today, and you will be losing a million dollar customer when their debts are paid!
