SO I BRING THE CHAIN BACK TO GOLDNDIAMOND (Neal) EXPLAINING TO HIM THAT ONE LINK IS FAKE AND I DONT WANT IT BECAUSE WHO TO SAY ITS NOT MORE FAKE LINKS SOMEWHERE ELSE MIXED IN,STARTED TO GET DEFENSIVE SAYING ITS NOT FAKE ITS WHITE GOLD SOLDER (remind you there’s no such thing called white gold solder,,solder is other materials used to bind gold together its not actually gold) HE CONTINUED TO SAY IM GOING TO MAKE YOU A NEW ONE WE DONT SELL FAKES,IM LIKE OK COOL NO PROBLEM,WAITED FOR ABOUT 2WEEKS BUT DIDNT HOLD IT AGAINST HIM BECAUSE IT WAS A STORM,EVENTUALLY I GOT IT THE NEW CHAIN EVERYTHING WAS GOOD,WE EVEN MADE A DEAL ON A RING I WANTED TO BUY EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH,WENT ON WITH MY DAILY LIFE,ABOUT 3MONTHS LATER I DECIDED TO JUST LOOK AT EVERY LINK AND NOTICE THE CHAIN HE (NEAL) GAVE ME STARTED DOING THE SAME THING THIS TIME EVEN MORE LINKS, 3 LINKS TO BE EXACT AND IT WAS EVERY OTHER LINK THAT PATTERN ONLY SCARES ME.MORAL OF DONT BUY FROM THEM THEYRE RIP OFFS..Ps THEY WILL BE GETTING A CALL FROM LAWYER..

    Sierra Hadik: HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year because I was moving furniture at work and caught my big stone on a chair causing it to fall out. Thankfully I had the stone! And a small one missing on the side. It was one of those tasks I kept putting aside. I woke up on my anniversary this year and wanted to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they were done by 12:30!!!!!! He readjusted my large stone in place, added a small missing stone AND resized it because it was tight all for an amazing price. Such a great family business! Couldn’t recommend more.

    Bianca Bakkar: Had a good experience with the sales people, and designing the ring, picking out the diamond. Everything seemed good. Price and everything was reasonable! Got my engagement ring and the prongs were off, not symmetrical and probably not as secure on the stone. Fine- sent it in to be repaired and adjusted. Waited 2 weeks, came back even WORSE. Brilliant earth has fine products. Brilliant earth has awful quality control and probably less experienced jewelers doing repairs. I took my ring to a repair at Citris Park mall, he repaired it in 90 minutes, better than it has ever looked, for 35$. Love my ring. Will never ever be sending it back to brilliant earth or probably never purchasing with them either.
