1 /5 Nicole Redmond: Went here with family for fathers day, and we love the products, its just the older blonde lady who was working there was very rude. When we went to check out she was glaring at us and she acted like we were interrupting her playing her phone game. My mom asked for small bags to protect the jewlery and she tossed them at us and went back to her phone game. We were just very disappointed with our experience this time as weve enjoyed shopping there with our family in the past.

1 /5 melissa odell: 8/03/2024 staff opened before she was ready. Sat and balanced the cash drawer in front of us and complained about the closing person. We knew what we wanted, walked in grabbed it. Explained that we didnt have time to wait and she was RUDE. Told us that maybe we shouldnt be shopping if we were in a rush. I spent $85. Others in my party were prepared to spend the sane. They put theirvitems back and decided to shop somewhere else. Horrible customer service!!!

5 /5 Katelyn Gee: My boyfriend and I loved Filthy Rich of John Pass Village. We walked into many stores, but this store had the best prices and the owner Elaine was incredibly helpful and friendly! The jewelry was super cute and affordable and it was an easy decision to get something here for the both of us. I would definitely recommend stopping by while visiting John’s Pass.

5 /5 Missa: My teenagers enjoyed finding rings and bracelets here. The owner is very helpful and my son found a fidget ring he has been looking awhile for. Quality is good and the salt water won’t ruin which is great as we are boating a lot while visiting.

The owner, Ron, and his lovely daughter took the time to evaluate every piece. He gave us a fair market value and was honest about the pieces that were not of value. We then brought in our jewelry that needed repairs. Ron took the time to tell us exactly how they would be repaired and the costs associated. We felt he was very honest with the quotes. We returned with more jewelry, silverware, and diamonds for him to evaluate. Again, we received a fair market value. We picked up the repaired jewelry and were very satisfied with their condition. They literally looked new. We highly recommend Conrad Jewelry for repairs and selling estate jewelry. We will certainly recommend Conrad Jewelry to our family and friends.
