1 /5 Crystal Cruz: I brought in a ring because it had a thin crack down the middle was charged $136.93 I went to pick it up today and now it has an even bigger crack on the side. When I pointed it out she said she didn’t see a crack. She used her magnifying glass and said oh well if you want that to be fixed it’s going to cost you $64 and change… do yourself a favor DON’T bring your jewelry here! How are you charging your customers for what you broke? Ridiculous I won’t be returning.

Over the years it has worn seriously thin so I wanted to get it repaired. We took it to our usual jewelry store that quoted a totally disproportionate amount to fix it. I checked out some local recommendations and ended up at Express Jewelry and Hector fixed it, made it look like new all within 30 minutes, at a much better price. See attached photos. Thoroughly recommended.
