Gisel B: Kai was amazing! Really welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and motivated to join! Toured the entire gym and showed me how to use the equipment. Michelle C.: Definitely needs a renovation...and the way the space is utilized..the yoga room is the nicest feature with all the natural light /windows.The treadmills and bike would be better in there. A more centralized/ more spacious area for the free weights and not in that small corner room where only two people can be at a time comfortably. Itd be nice NOT to have the dreadful CNN be playing on the tv while on vacay.

I hope to be back in the Orlando area again sometime soon so I can go back for more workouts. I’d recommend this gym to anyone visiting or living In the area and are looking for a gym to workout at.

The owner is great coach, love his workouts as well he encourages you to do better and show and correct the form for each exercise. All coaches are great! Makala Lutz: My friend recommended just trying Burn out, since I’ve been struggling with my energy & weight after having my 2nd baby. First class i felt so much better, i needed up signing up and I can’t wait to go back each day. The childcare girls are AMAZING i trust them 1000% with my little. The classes are fun & equally as challenging. The trainers are so sweet and are so knowledgeable! I’m down 20 pounds since i started, and i feel so much better! I recommend Burn to everyone i know that wants to start making a change!!
