4 /5 Sam Warren: After a minor finder bender. Shivanna was able to quickly get everything processed for us to get our vehicle into the shop. She also assisted in getting the claims adjuster to get our rental car expedited. All in all, in less than 2 hours our vehicle was in our preferred body shop and we were in a new rental car. Yes, I could pay a bit less elseware but I am not about to sacrifice customer service for a few bucks savings. Thank you again Shivanna.
