    Eric Wichhart: I have been a customer of Andy Anderson for over 15 years, with the same policy. My insurance carrier went out of business. I immediately contacted Suzie to get the ball rolling on a new insurance policy. She assured me that they would have a policy in place through Florida Citizens. I continually followed up with her to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. I had to remind her constantly to make sure the paperwork was sent in. In the end, she dropped the ball on my payment to Citizens. I finally had to call Citizens Insurance to find out the status of my policy. I found out that my policy had been canceled a month ago due to no payment. The Citizens agent said they had sent several notices to Andy Anderson, but AA never told me to send in a payment. The scariest part was that I went through hurricane Ian with no insurance. I highly recommend finding a different agent for your insurance needs.

I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.
