5 /5 C N: Back in 2010-2011, I had some issues as well. There were agent changes etc. but since then, I have had nothing but great things to say. If it werent for Keesha being who she is and showing awesome customer service.. well, if she left, it wouldnt be the same without her. She deserves a raise in my book. Any questions i have ever had about my account, or if I "forget" to pay my membership dues, she has always called me to remind me. Either it was coming due or simple "I know you must have forgotten to pay it online" She handles her self with diginity and shows respect to anyone she comes in contact with. Well done!
