1 /5 J Tucker: Fed up with this agency’s robo calls every, single day! How dare you harass and bully people! Some robot named Crystal has been calling and texting, even after blocking ‘it.’ How did they get the number from the Marketplace? We were only trying to get insurance for our relative in FL, and this happened. We live on the other coast, so all their calls come to us at 6 a.m. every day! If they do not stop, we will not hesitate to contact the FL Department of Insurance & the FL Consumer Advocate to report harassment, as well as contacting FL representatives. How do these people have access to private info on the Marketplace anyway?! Note to them: NO one wants to deal with any sales people who harass and bully them! (If we could give them -0- stars, we would.)

I’m really happy Mike is my rep with them. He was courteous, personable, and confident. This company is lucky to have such a cool human work for them. Having someone great to talk to while getting service makes the whole thing more satisfying. I am over the moon, thanks again! :)
