1 /5 Stanley Streamer: I decided to take the time to write this review in all effort to save other customers from experiencing what I have thus far. Complete run arounds, unprofessionalism, and no care in the world. This agency is now going to cost me an additional surcharge because of lapse in insurance which could be a lump some of an additional fee of approximately $700-$800 due to their own delay and one excuse after the next. When you call, they avoid your call and often promise to call back and do not. They often let the phone ring avoiding the customers; they fail to respond for days at a time. They have been dishonest all along about deadlines and simply answering straight forward questions. Please do your research and be aware! Tony, Nicole, and the receptionist are all unprofessional in that office. It should not be so challenging to bring business to an insurance agency nor should it cost me penalties because they are not on top of assisting their clients and making themselves available to ensure compliance. After much patience and countless days of frustration, I decided to go with another agency and from now on will take my business elsewhere.
